Who is the Peer Support Group for?

The Peer Support Group is for anyone aged 18 or above experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, isolation or loneliness.

What can I expect from the group?

We aim to create a supportive network which enables those who attend to be around like-minded people and talk as much or as little as they want.

When is the Peer Support Group held?

The Peer Support Group is held every Wednesday from 11am – 12:30pm.
