General Psychotherapy service
Our General Psychotherapy service provides long-term therapy to people that otherwise would find it enormously difficult to access. We give priority to people on very low incomes (earning less than £15k annually) and people in receipt of benefits.
Below is a quote from a client that had 40+ therapy sessions with our service.
I was very fortunate to have received the service and was very well supported by all involved. The service has really helped me to get a better chance to improve the quality of my life. I hope the service can carry on so others can have the opportunity as I had.
When are General Psychotherapy sessions held?
The service is daytime only and runs from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm excluding bank holidays. Since the arrival of Covid-19 all therapy sessions are taking place virtually predominantly via zoom.
Who is this service available to?
The service is available to Lambeth and Southwark residents aged 18 and over who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
