Who is Open Minds for?

Open Minds is for anyone aged 18 or above experiencing difficulties with mental health and are currently or have previously been in contact with mental health services.

What can I expect from this group?

Open Minds provides a relaxed drop-in space for people who are using or have previously used mental health services to come together and chat about problems they've encountered or issues of interest. People are welcome to arrive and leave at any time during each session, and a light lunch is provided along with coffee and tea.
