Kindred Minds

Who is Kindred Minds for?

Kindred Minds is a drop-in group for people aged 18 and above from Black and Asian backgrounds experiencing difficulties with mental health.

What can I expect from this group?

You can expect to join a network of mental health service users from different Black and Asian communities with a focus on mutuality, shared learning and friendship. Participants can choose which topics they’d like to discuss and have the chance to share information they think may be helpful to others.

Light snacks are provided, as well as an optional head and neck massage. We also organise for guest speakers to share their expertise, previews of short films and group outings.

When is Kindred Minds held?

Kindred Minds is held fortnightly on Mondays.

Please note that the group will now be held from 4pm – 6pm
