Open Minds has been a safe haven for me for several months. Well regulated by people who have battle scars, it has provided some structure in my life and led to other things. It is always welcoming and I have made friends.
Talking therapy is vital. Anti-depressants are not for me.
There are times when I don’t agree with the subject matter being discussed around the table but that’s life. I would be lost without being able to attend these events.
