General Psychotherapy service
Our General Psychotherapy service offers individuals access to long-term therapeutic support for moderate mental health difficulties, such as anxiety and depression.
We have an inclusive ethos within our service. This means we’re accepting of people who may be experiencing a variety of complex and/or long-term mental health difficulties. We put emphasis on thinking about you as a unique individual and your specific circumstances.
When are General Psychotherapy sessions held?
Psychotherapy sessions run throughout the day-time from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Since the arrival of Covid-19 all therapy sessions are taking place virtually.
Who is this service available to?
The service is available to Lambeth and Southwark residents aged 18 and over who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health. Priority is given to people earning less that £15k annually or who are in receipt of benefits. If you do not meet the above financial criteria then we can signpost you to local low cost therapy services.
