Joining with family and friends or taking on your own personal challenge?
Either way, fundraising can be fun, make you feel great and helps Lambeth and Southwark Mind to continue providing services for people struggling with mental health difficulties.
Take on a challenge
Fancy an active challenge? Whether it’d walking, running, cycling – or something else you want to do – we’d love to have you on our team! Sign up to one of our upcoming events and we’ll support you in any way we can.
Supporting you to write and promote your personal story is just one way we can help to make sure you achieve your fundraising goal.
If there’s an event you already had in mind that’s not on our list, then you can still fundraise for us. Just link your Virgin Money Giving fundraising page up with ours and you’re good to go!
Thank you so much for the card that came in the post. I am touched by your thoughtfulness. It was my pleasure to run my first ever half marathon for you guys. You do the most amazing work. Thank you.

Do your own fundraising
Organising your own event is a great way to support us too; from putting on a gig, to having a bake sale, to shaving your head or hosting a sit-down meal – the options are endless. We’ll support you throughout your fundraising in anyway we can.
Here are a few more suggestions:
- Something active; a day of yoga, a sports tournament, a hike or a egg and spoon race.
- Something in your local community; a open mic night, stand up comedy show, book sale or dinner party.
- Something at work or university; fancy dress, sponsored silence or cake and coffee sale.
The outbreak of coronavirus is affecting all our lives in lots of different ways. If your fundraising plans have been postponed or cancelled, we’ve put together a selection of ideas for virtual fundraising that you can do from home instead.
