Missing your yoga class? Want to try something new? Missing hanging out with friends? Then we have something for you!  Get involved in during this extraordinary time. You can take part in our online yoga class every Wednesday.

Yoga helps ncreases body awareness, relieves stress, reduces muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpens attention and concentration, and calms and centres the nervous system. So get involved by signing up today!

All you have to do is donate £5.00 on Larissa’s JustGiving page and pop her an email. She will then send you an online link to join the class. It’s that simple!

Larissa is a qualified yoga teacher and if your new to yoga or an expert then this is a great event for you to get involved in.
