Where will the money I raise go?
The money you raise will help fund free services that support our local communities; this could be our year-long one-to-one talking therapy for individuals experiencing psychosis or funding towards activities for Friends in Need – a peer support group helping people who suffer from depression or anxiety. You can find more on these and other services we provide under ‘Our services’ on the homepage.
How can Lambeth and Southwark Mind help me?
Our CEO, Ajay Khandelwal is a dedicated cyclist – one of those that rides 100 miles on the weekend just for fun. He has offered to give advice on training to any first timers and seasoned cyclists – plus you’ll receive a L&S Mind T-shirt and cheering support from our team on the day.
