Help for Parents

Help is available to parents via Parents Helpline and Webchat

Contact the Parents Helpline for advice, emotional support and signposting for a child or young person up to the age of 25.

Calls are free:  0808 802 5544 Monday-Friday 9:30am-4pm

The Helpline is available in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

The organisation also has a helpful A-Z guide to support parents as well as a FAQ section.

 

Working with Young People

YoungMinds also offers support to professionals who work with young people. They offer Mental Health Training and resources to teachers and social workers
