“Project Promotes Elderly Empowerment”.  Vassall Senior Citizens Association is a voluntary organisation aiming to help older people experience a sense of empowerment.
The project provides opportunities for people aged 55 and over and within the Vassall Ward specifically, but generally offered to Lambeth Residents to get together to liase, access information, gain skills and represent the views and needs of elderly people.
Vassall Senior Citizens Association offers existing and new members the following: Tai Chi Classes; Dietetics and Nutrition Workshops with one to one support;  Luncheon Club; Meditation Sessions; Indian Head massage; Bi-monthly Health Promotion Workshops; Quarterly Newsletter and Article Supplements; Social Events/ Outings.
