At The Chinese Information and Advice Centre CIAC, we provide a wide range of support for people facing immigration issues, women and children (including victims of domestic violence), asylum seekers and refugees, homeless people, as well as those in need of benefits and welfare advice. Our aims are to:
- support disadvantage persons of Chinese origin who live, work or study in London through the provision of information and assistance on issues such as immigration and domestic violence from our centre and our ancillary network of organisations
- help eliminate racial discrimination and promote improved race relations in the UK
- advocate for the equal opportunities for social and working conditions for persons of Chinese origin
