SUITE
Overview
SUITE is the service user and carer and family focussed part of the Education and Training Department of South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM). They support, coach and give training to service users and carers so that they can develop and deliver training to SLAM staff on a whole range of topics.
They believe that having service user involvement in the training they give to staff increases its effectiveness and gives a unique way of allowing staff to put themselves in the shoes of service users and carers. To be involved in SUITE you will need to a member of the Involvement Register.
