St George the Martyr – Café & Timebank
Overview
Community Cafe
Free tea, coffee, cake and conversation on Thursday afternoons, 2pm – 4pm. Meet other people, relax and find out more about the timebank.
HOurBank Borough
The HOurBank is a way for people to share their skills with each other. If you do a job for someone else you can get someone to do a job for you. This could be anything from shopping for a neighbour, tidying a garden, mending a sock, or baking a cake. So if you give an hour of your time to someone else you can ask another person to do an hour’s work for you. No money changes hands and you can do as much or as little as you want.
Membership is free and open to anyone who lives or works in Southwark.
