Southwark Wellbeing Hub

Overview

The Southwark Wellbeing Hub is delivered by Together for Mental Wellbeing and joint funded by Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group and Southwark Council.  They provide information and support for anyone in Southwark experiencing problems with their mental wellbeing.  They offer help them navigate local services, groups and activities so that they can find the right support.
They also support family, friends, carers and professionals with information and help to navigate local services using an online directory of services.
They are located in the Thames Reach Employment Academy but also run a  series of Pop-Ups across the borough where people can drop in to see staff (see website for details of times and places).
Access is by self-referral (so long you are registered with a Southwark GP), drop-in or referral from a health professional.
From 26th March 2018 the Drop-ins will be on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1pm to 4pm.
For those who need more in-depth support they can offer 12 weeks of 1-1 support.
There is an online directory, a peer support programme, self management training, activity groups and wellbeing workshops.
