Overview
Certitude’s Somali Project is an award winning service that supports people from the Somali Community in Lambeth. The Service, formerly a Social Inclusion Project, supported people with housing, tenancy, benefits and advocacy. Responding to ever changing needs The Somali Project now connects people who are isolated or have mental health needs to:
- increase natural support networks
- increase confidence and familiarity when using wider community resources
- improve access to appropriate mental health services
- develop lasting relationships with people and places outside of mental health services
