Overview

Project DARE! is a not-for-profit social enterprise. They run Drama and Art courses entitled “The DARE! Sessions” which help people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. They also work with individuals, within mental health bodies, public health arenas and educational settings. They support people as an early intervention and preventative measure to low self-esteem and a wide range of body image issues. If you fancy a confidence boost or you work with people with low self-esteem, they may be able to help.
They have a celebratory approach to wellness as they find through celebrating the human body and mind, participants are able to harness the personal change they desire.  They achieve this by running a series of DARES! which are safe, challenging and fun.
