Outline

Overview

Outline provides support to people with their sexuality and gender identity, including but not limited to the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and trans community of surrey, primarily through a helpline, website and support groups.
If you would like to talk through your issues surrounding your sexuality or gender identity, or you wish to understand and support someone close to you. Call or email Outline where trained volunteers are on hand to provide confidential information and support.
The first step many people can take is to accept themselves for who they are and how they feel. This takes time and can be stressful.
Who do Outline Support?
You do not need to label yourself. You may be familiar with the terms Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) which are important  identities for many of us, but for others they may seem like labels that may limit or wrongly label some of us. Outline offers support to people on sexuality and gender identities.
The helpline offers you support, listening and information in confidence.

  • Are you Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, curious or just not sure?
  • Are you a parent or friend of a LGBT person?
  • Do you want to talk to someone about your sexuality or gender identity?
