This is a self-help fellowship of people who wish to stop using drugs and support each other in remaining drug-free. There are over 1000 meetings across the UK every week.
There is a telephone helpline and regular self-help meetings based on a twelve-step programme similar to Alcoholics Anonymous. You can use the website to find a local meeting and you can just turn up without an appointment and without registering.
