Mind Yourself (for Irish people in London)

Overview

Mind Yourself  supports Irish people in London who want to improve or maintain their physical or mental health. They do this by providing health related one-to-one support (information, advice and advocacy), accompaniment to health-related appointments and group activities. You can refer yourself or you can refer a friend, family member or a client if you are a professional. If you are referring someone else, we ask that you have their consent to do so.

Mind Yourself offers one-to-one support, accompaniment to medical related appointments as well as activities. They run peer support groups for Carers, Survivors of Institutional Abuse and a Mental Wellbeing group. Each month they have at least one, specialist health information session – addressing a variety of subjects
