Jewish Care

Jewish Care is the largest provider of health and social care services for the Jewish community in the UK. Every week, they give care and support to 7,000 members of the community and their families. They provide services to:

  • Older people
  • People with mental health needs
  • Holocaust survivors
  • People with dementia
  • People who care for others who have a variety of needs – e.g. mental health, older people, people with disabilities
  • People with MS, Parkinson’s, strokes and those who are visually impaired
  • People who are bereaved and those recently separated

Jewish Care also provides youth leadership opportunities, recreational, educational, and cultural programmes, as well as half-term schemes.
They can only do this thanks to their amazing professional staff of 1,500 and the 3,000 dedicated volunteers who help make their work possible.
