Overview
Hexagon is an innovative and responsive Housing Association working in partnership with various local authorities to meet housing and care needs across South East London.
Hexagon has been providing high-quality housing, care and support services to vulnerable client groups for more than 20 years.
They offer a wide range of high-quality services that are flexible and client-centred including:
- Long and short-term accommodation for people with a range of housing needs e.g. young homeless people, homeless families, teenage parents, people with physical and learning disabilities, older people, and people with mental health needs
- Registered care homes for clients with long-term and enduring mental ill-health. Hexagon offers a range of good quality long and short-term accommodation managed by their dedicated team of Supported Housing Officers who ensure residents understand their obligations, how to report repairs, and pay rent and services charges. Where additional support is being provided by other specialist organisations, the Supported Housing Officers have regular liaision to ensure tenancy sustainment. Accommodation designed to meet special needs.
