H.U.S.H. – Self-Harm Support Group

Overview

H.U.S.H. (The Hidden Universe of Self-Harm) was launched in 2001 and is a fully user-led self-harm support group based in East London.  It is for anybody over the age of 16, male or female, who self harms.
H.U.S.H is held every Thursday,  4.00pm – 6.30pm, and members also go on outings.
Members of the support group will also have access to 24/7 phone support.  The support phone number will be given to individuals once they become a member of the group.
If anybody would like support but would prefer not to meet in a group setting, they can get in touch with Susan Dean – and she will be happy to meet individuals on a one-to-one basis at a place that suits them.
If you have any questions about H.U.S.H, please contact Susan Dean.
