The Gateway Clinic is a specialist acupuncture clinic, offering treatment for patients with chronic long-term conditions in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.

Offer: Full course of body acupuncture treatment.

Accept GP referral for acupuncture treatment for the following conditions:
Chronic pain (including musculoskeletal and neurological) Headaches and migraines.

Accept self-referral: for HIV patients, for example, medication side-effects, well-being, anxiety and depression.

Drop-in clinics:  Ear acupuncture sessions (no referral needed) We offer ear acupuncture treatment for Stress management. Smoking cessation. Addictions. Depression/anxiety.

Exercise classes (no referral needed) Our emphasis is on helping chronic pain patients to help themselves with:  Pilates and Qi Gong.

How to refer

They accept referrals from GPs in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.  Please post your referral using the address below.  For a course of acupuncture treatment, you must have a GP referral.  HIV patients may self-refer by calling the clinic.  For drop-in sessions, a referral is not needed. Please contact the clinic directly for a timetable.
