Copleston Centre

Overview

The Copleston Centre has a well-established track record for community-based activities and services for people with mental health concerns. They provide a wide range of classes and sessions which bring people together. They offer a welcoming space where people can socialise and get in touch with their creative side. They are open to everyone, so please come along and find out more.

“It’s an opportunity to be yourself, in a social environment, but with no pressure,” explains Walter, who comes to various Creative Therapies sessions. “You can be as quiet as you want, you can engage as much as you want, it’s a very nice environment.”
