Community Support Network South London (CSN) – Community Advocacy Service


Provides Independent Mental Health Advocacy under the provisions of the Mental Health Act, including assisting people who are placed on a Community Treatment Orders (CTOs), and people accessing or wanting to access community mental health services.  CSN also assists people with mental health problems to get an assessment under the Care Act 2014.

CSN also provides advocacy for inpatients and people using forensic mental health services.

Access to interpreters on request. Target groups: People aged between 18 and 65 years accessing Independent Mental Health Advocacy under the Mental Health Act, and/or people accessing or wanting to access community mental health services. Referral/how to contact: Self referral. Referral via mental health professionals, carers etc accepted provided you agree. Led by people with experience of distress and of using mental health services.
