Centrepoint
Overview
Centrepoint provides housing and support for young people in London, Manchester, Yorkshire and the North East and through partnerships all over the UK.
Homeless young people, aged 16-25, stay with Centrepoint for up to two years, but support is maintained for another six months to make sure they can live independently.
They provide accommodation, health support and life skills to get them back into education, training and employment.
Being homeless takes its toll on young people so they give the support they need to look after their mental and physical health.
Referral: Young people cannot refer themselves they need to be referred.
