Centre 70 Counselling
Overview
They aim to provide professional and confidential counselling services to the local community at a reasonable cost.
To make an appointment you do not need a referral from your doctor. You can contact them directly on 020 8670 2775 or complete the Self Referral Form and email it to: [email protected].
The office is open on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of 9.30am and 4pm. Outside these hours there will be an answering machine. If you leave your name and contact details someone will call you back as soon as possible. Please note they do not offer a drop-in service, so please do not come into Centre 70 without an appointment.
You can also complete the online self-referral form and send it as an attachment to [email protected]. Once they receive the form they will get in touch with you.
Counselling sessions take place weekly, with the same counsellor, and each session lasts 50 minutes. They offer a max of 20 weekly counselling sessions.

Costs:
Fees for the initial assessment and ongoing counselling sessions are calculated on a sliding scale depending on overall household income, and individual circumstances. You will be expected to pay for missed or cancelled sessions, except for those cancelled by the therapist.
There are a limited number of spaces available for free counselling, if you earn under £12,000 per year please contact us to find out if you are eligible for free counselling.
