Self injury Support (formerly Bristol Crisis Service for Women) is a charity to support women and girls in emotional distress. They particularly help girls and women who harm themselves (often called self-injury). This is how some people cope with their feelings and problems.
Direct support services. Contact us for free, confidential, non-judgemental support around self-injury and related issues. All services open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7pm – 9.30pm Tel. 0808 800 8088.
