Arbours Association

Overview

Arbours offer individual and group psychotherapy for a range of emotional problems including those relating to critical life events. These critical events might be bereavement, anxiety, depression, marital breakdown, redundancy, abuse, eating disorders, gender, race and sexual issues. Their aim is to encourage people to come to them as a first rather than a last resort.  You can make an appointment for an initial consultation by contacting their central office located in North London.

They also run two residential therapeutic communities in Willesden Green and Muswell Hill.
Arbours also offer psychoanalytical training.

Self-referral by phone or by using their online enquiry form to request a referral form. You’ll need support from your doctor or other professional to secure funding for the residential service.
