All 4 Mind
Overview
All 4 mind is a startup organisation meeting the local needs and demand for ill-health services that address the growing concerns of isolation amongst vulnerable adults with health needs in our local multicultural community.
Our outreach plan is to bridge the gap and stereotypes of society’s view on illness especial in Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic & Refugee communities. We believe our service users will have or need support for Health associated risks such as; Abuse, Isolation, loneliness, self-harm, Learning disability, and depression.
Community Engagement: We believe community engagement with a sense of belonging is an integral part of health recovery, that’s why our community programme provides a day centre for people with illnesses who are isolated and lonely. With the help of our volunteers, we provide a community engagement space where people can meet, share ideas, participate in meaningful activities with fun games and have freshly cooked meals and tea from an approved kitchen, we believe this will decrease the number of loneliness and isolation in our communities.
The organisation is run by professionals with years of experience in Health and social care and caring for service users with physical health needs.
The demand for our services has grown because of the government plan for “London devolution” which sees the NHS transferring care to the local level instead of hospital-based care and sees most patients being treated closer to home or even in their own homes.
The self-referral form can be found here.
