Overview

Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who are recovering from compulsive overeating. The OA is open to everyone experiencing eating disorders, the only requirement to become a member is a desire to stop eating compulsively and admitting powerlessness over food. The program offers safe, anonymous and supportive local meetings and is based on a 12 steps program to help you change your eating habits. The service is FREE. Regular meetings are held in Clapham and 23 other neighborhoods across London. You do not need to register to attend. The OA offer a range of meeting settings : face to face; on line (through Skype or WhatsApp) and Telephone Meetings. Find the right OA meeting for you on the “Meetings” tab on their website.
