The Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon takes runners on a stunning 13.1 mile route through the capital’s world-famous landmarks and 4 of London’s 8 Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.

Since starting in 2008, there have been over 128,000 runners cross the finish line and over £35m raised for more than 750 charities. Although undulating in parts, the course is not hilly which means it’s great for first timers and experienced runners!

Where will the money I raise go?

The money you raise will help fund free services that support our local communities; this could be our year-long one-to-one talking therapy for individuals experiencing psychosis or funding towards activities for Friends in Need – a peer support group helping people who suffer from depression or anxiety. You can find more on these and other services we provide under the 'Our services' tab on the homepage.

How much will I need raise?

To reach our fundraising target we have set a minimum fundraising amount of £400 per runner. We also require a deposit of £30 to reserve the spot - this is needed to make up the initial cost of the spaces for Lambeth and Southwark Mind!

How can Lambeth and Southwark Mind help?

Our CEO, Ajay Khandelwal will be running his 4th consecutive year! He has offered to give advice and provide half marathon training plans to any first timers and seasoned runners - plus you’ll receive a L&S Mind T-shirt for Race Day.
